iPhone nightmare

A couple of weeks ago a corporate an executive lost the newest iPhone prototype in a California bar. Gawker media who own Gizmodo bought the iPhone from someone who said they “found it.” Jason Chen the blogger who hosts Gizmodo website showed pictures of the new iPhone. Apple requested the iPhone be returned to them and From my understanding Gizmodo did just that. However, the Califonia police department raided Jason Chen’s home anyway. The police department took Jason’s computer among other things. Some people say that The police department violated Jason Chens journalist right. but on the flip side Apple lawyers are saying Jason is not a journalist "he's just a blogger" hmmmmm just a blogger??? Earlier this week we learned that even after the iPhone was returned to Apple that Apple still requested a warrant for Jason’s home. This story is still developing and I will keep you posted. According to the California law it is illegal to buy stolen goods and this is why Jason’s apartment was raided? This doesn’t make since to me the goods was returned! I have a suggestion for Steve Jobs Apple's creator “fire that corporate executive who lost the phone in the first place.” I still believe all this done on purpose to generate buzz for the upcoming iPhone. But Whatever the case may be… this will be a nasty battle between Apple and Gawker Media. Yup real juicy :) The courts will determine Jason's journalist claim and Apple's evil side will be revealed..
